Support is available after hours for clients who require work done at a specific time/day that falls outside the standard operating times.
A premium rate applies to after hours work as listed below.
Support for task not covered by your support plan. Billed in half-hour increments with a minimum one hour.
08:30 – 17:00
For tasks that can’t wait till Monday. Billed in half-hour increments with a minimum one hour.
17:00 – 22:00
09:00 – 17:00
